Metropolitan Coach Lines (ex-Pacific Electric) blimp no. 420 ascends the elevated platform at 6th & Main Street Station from San Pedro. The image is dated July 10, 1954.

Really appreciate the good pic, but it should read “420 enters the elevated platform at 6th & Main St on its way from San Pedro service.”
Note that the car is still lettered for “Pacific Electric” even though by 1954, it was operated by Metropolitan Coach Lines.
And the district could be designated “Southern” because the “Northern” no longer existed (at least for passenger service) by that time.
