  Could this photo be take in San Pedro at the intersection of Pacific Ave and Front Street looking south – east? The street light in the upper left of the photo could be for Knoll Drive and, the now gone, Hards Street would be to the right of the photo just over the small hill covered with the weeds. The storage structures could be at the end of Hards Street, it was a short dead end street.
