  This may be later than 1949–the Watts car number appears to have four digits, making it a 5050. I have (somewhere) photos my mother took of 1299 at 5th Ave. in Monrovia. It was a fan trip during the last days of the Monrovia-Glendora Line. She referred to the car as “The Commodore”, since one of her colleagues used to ride the special service to Balboa in the 1940’s.
