Pacific Electric interurban no. 1117 pauses at Glendora Station, which was located at Glendora Avenue just south of Meda Avenue. This image captures some of the PE’s private right-of-way in the area. The image is dated March 6, 1951.

    HI Alan, great photo! Have you ever seen any pictures taken further east then this? Down in the area where the tracks ended? I’ve seen aerial photos of cars staged/stored in that area but never any from ground level. I have a house right off the end of the tracks between Vista Bonita and Wabash. I’d love to find some rear photos showing the trains cars stored out back. I’ve found railroad spikes in the rear of our yard so I know they must not have been too far off. Thanks, Tom
