Can anyone pinpoint the exact location in Covina?

Going by a 1940 aerial view of the town looking from the southwest, and a ground shot of the station, I’d venture this is one block east of the main drag on Citrusand that’s the PE station on the north side just poking out by the fron edge of this trolley. That white appearing oil dealer terminal with the Shell truck seems to match the aerial view too.

I love this scenic view of a PE #1200 steel car clattering through a quiet Covina street. It’s sad that PE scenes like this don’t exist anymore. A bygone era.
