This work was being done on Line 5. The picture looks North on Cypress near Elm St. Most likely late 1930’s or early 1940’s
This is Cypress and Verdugo also knowen as Glendale Junction. 9350 isstill in LARy paint concuring with Alan’s late 1930’s early 40’s date.
As most of us know, LARy/LATL/LAMTA 9350 is preserved in running condition at Orange Empire, with a fresh LATL paint job.
