I remember it going behind the Vermont Square Library. My brother and I would go into the library and check out books, go outside the back of the library and hide our books in the bushes. They we would climb the trees behind the library (they were the BEST climbing trees. If we had a penny we’d put it on the track and let it get smushed by the train. Loved our flattened pennies. Occasionally, I came over to the library to catch the trolley to go to downtown LA! Fond Memories.
