The Pacific Electric PCC car, like the Hollywood car, had such beautiful body lines and a colorful paint scheme. A very pleasant sight for railfans like myself.
The date is 6-19-1955, somewhere between Whitmore and Monte Santo. My father, Ray Ayers is seen with his arm out of the window at the back of the car. Both my sister Veronica Ayers and I are in the car but out of view. I have a whole roll from this trip and would be happy to share with organization. In one photo all three of us are seen looking out the back windows of 5010 at Whitmore.
Paul would happen to have any photos of the first radio church which I believe was just up the line a short bit? I think it was at Silver Lake or India st crosing.

We would love to see more, Paul!
