I’ve just added a 2nd Suydam HO scale brass wood interurban #801 coach to my ever-growing brass traction model train collection. It’s a great looking model – and I like it because it looks so much like the car pictured in “418 to Long Beach” (in the Southern District) posted here in pacificelectric.org.
I said it before and I’ll say it again, one good way of keeping the memories of the Pacific Electric Ry alive is by collecting small scale brass model versions of PE’s retired equipment.
