I think the building to the right of 1002 is still there.
The building does exist. It is — if you look at Google maps – at 1331 E Main St. Alhambra. It is currently a dental office.
Alhambra Wash runs under the road where the 1002 is situated. If you use Google view, and look behind, the intersection of Mission Rd is just at the curve beyond the Jack in the Box and a shopping center.
