That is not 3002. It’s not even a streetcar. Notice the big windshield, not to mention the very clean condition, indicating that it is a Flxble bus, probably about to replace the streetcars.

I could be wrong, but the young man sure looks like Jerry Mathers (“Leave It To Beaver”)and the time frame would be just right…PR related, perhaps?
