   I believe you on the date. I see a 1941 Ford overtaking.
   But, by 1943, wouldn’t the motor vehicles and streetcar have had blackout shields on the headlamps?

   Maybe I am wrong, but I don’t ever remember seeing a photo of an LARY streetcar with a headlight shield of the type used by the PE cars.
