Across from the Times Bldg. is the State Bldg, further down is the Hall of Justice(Perry Mason #1, P.M. #2 came in 1958 at 1st and Hill, I have all the episodes from Sep. 1957 to June 1966 on DVD). This is a Line 7 car headed North on Spring St. North of 2nd St. The terminal of this line was at Spring St. and Sunset Blvd..

Some of the rail for the 7 line was uncovered south of 2nd Street last year as part of the Downtown Connector project.
