Harre Demoro took this image of Pacific Electric Long Beach interurban no. 300 pulling into track no. 2 on the elevated structure of the 6th and Main Terminal. The terminal had some very sharp switch points, seen here.

This is an interesting track configuration. I think it would look great as part of a model railroad pike.

The “specialwork” is called a “double slip switch” or “puzzle switch”; there were two at 6th & Main, and one of them is preserved as part of the Barn 2 access track at OERM.
