Does anyone know the exact location of the Fullerton arch?
It spanned Harbor Boulevard at Berkeley Avenue (which basically replaced the ROW).
The Fullerton arch, at Harbor Blvd and Berkeley Ave, was demolished in 1964. The right of way to the west of Harbor Blvd is now the Juanita Cooke Greenbelt Trail. Another smaller bridge, to the west along the same trail, can be seen at Dorchester Lane and Cheltenham Lane.
