What a beautiful classic PE view!
Last time I looked, that two story building on the left was still there. Car buffs would have a field day; on the right there’s a 41 Chevy and what’s probably a Ford Model A, and up by the track on the left is a prewar “woodie wagon”, which, if it lasted long enough, might have become a surfer’s ride to the beach.
