Question (since I don’t know where to ask it)…where can I find a good map of the LARy system?
    40’s, and 50’s.
I am trying to sort memories. I remember the yellow cars and the red cars in service. My Great Grandad and my Mom used the 5 carline.
My Dad worked for a dentist on Santa Barbara Avenue….I recall going to work with him, and on the way home, passing a carbarn on the right.
I don’t think we were as far south as the one on 54th.
Was there a carbarn on SB Ave?
    Thanks.

The nearest carbarn to the southwest part of the 5 line was Div 5 on 54th Street at Arlington – 2nd Ave. The 8 car on 54th St. connected with the 5 car at Crenshaw and Div 5 was a short distance from this junction.
