    These are all P-3 PCC’s which were never LA Railway cars. They were bought by LA Transit Lines in 1948. And there wouldn’t be a 3175–the highest number was 3165, the car that’s preserved at Orange Empire. One of the anomalies of the “tribute cars” in San Francisco is that their car in LARy two-tone yellow is an all-electric post-war PCC from Philly (I like to see it on Market St. anyway).
